My above method is too complicated.

In Internet Explorer, right-click on the stars in Star Rating, and select Copy Shortcut. Then Paste it into the address window of the existing Netflix window. Then change the value= from 3.0 to 3.5 (or whatever). Then refresh the screen (Alt-V, R).

In Google Chrome, select "Save link as" instead of Copy Shortcut.

To copy the link location when hovering over the star rating, I had to go to View -Source in InternetExplorer and find that particular line and copy it to Notepad and delete the ' in front and at the end of it and then copy and paste it into the address bar while looking at the NetFlix page that has the star ratings on it, and change 4 to 4.5 (or whatever), and finally refresh the screen. Done!

If you copy the link location when hovering over the star rating and paste it into the location bar, you can set half ratings.
